Rosemary Newcott birthed the idea of a survival mode improv show for middle school kids who often felt overlooked. She chose Atlanta's finest talent to bring the play to life. Each performer co-wrote the original piece. Sharisa choreographed the popular number Cafeteria Blues and sashayed her way into Middle Schoolers hearts state-wide with her sassy original character July March.

Inspired by her siblings Sharisa began to write children's stories which evolved into children's plays. Her first play written and produced was Jeremy and The Lie. It was produced in Atlanta in 2006 and by 2009 was being produced nationally.
